Fire Safety Tip:
Be cautious when deep frying a turkey this Thanksgiving season. Turkey fryers can easily tip over and spill oil over a large area. A partially frozen turkey will cause cooking oil to splatter when put into the pot and even a small amount of oil on a hot burner can cause a large fire. Also remember that the sides, handles and lids of the cooking pot can become dangerously hot.
